December 1st 2007 @ Equinox: Phnom Penh panoramic

Wh-y.com will present a selection of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and New York street panoramas pictures.

Created by a Cambodian team graphic designer at AsiaForm this is the basis of wh-y.com, a visual local search engine created for New York. A test version will be released in December in Phnom Penh.

Totally innovative, the exclusive technique used allows creating panoramas where each building of the street is facing the observer. Because they are created with a multitude of pictures hence, a multitude of points of view, there are no single perspective and it sometimes gives a supernatural feel to the streets.
